"Rent a car" hereby rents a car or bike to the renter, as is described on the front page, subject with the following terms and conditions, in consideration there of he/she agreed all of them.
- The hirer confirms the good condition of the car upon delivery.
- The hirer agrees to return the car/bike in the same good condition, with all the types, tools and accessories at the date agreed by both lf the hirer keeps the car/bike longer than 24 hours, he will be overcharged with the whole rend of the following day.
- Νο other person is allowed to make use of the car/bike except the hirer, who, when driving, could not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The hirer agrees to conform ro traffic rules and should not use the car for racing or contests of any sort, on rough ground or sandy areas, or on any other area
which may damage the car/bike or is forbidden by the Traffic Authorities.
- ln the case of whatever damage the hirer agrees to immobilize the car/bike and inform the owner. lf the hirer is responsible for the damage, he is obliged to pay the
whole sum of money for the delays of the car until it gets ready to be hired again. (Third party insurance)
- The hirer declares that he can pay whatever debt to the office.
- The hirer is not secured by the insurance, in the following cases:
- lf a passenger of the car/bike has been injured as result of an accident caused by the hirer.
- lf the car/bike has been involved in an accident while been driven by a person other than the hirer.
- The number of the passengers should not be axseed the number which the car's licence writes. Α fine of 150 € will be imposed on the transgressors, for the supension's and engine's
- The sea stransport of the car or bike is allowed only with a written approval of the "rent a car" office.
1Ο. The driver must be older than 23 years old and he should have had the driving licence at least for a year.
- The renter is abliged to return the car or bike with the same quantity of fuel as is mentioned in the front page.
- Any misunderstandings or disagreements between the owner and the hirer will be under the jurisdiction of the Greek Legal Authorities.
